1. Orders and shipping

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. You will receive another email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

The products are shipped from Germany. Please allow 1-4 working days for your order to be processed. 

All customs fees and duties for non-EU orders must be paid by the customer.

Shipping costs: 

Free international shipping for orders over 350€.

For orders below 350€, the shipping costs are as follows: 

within Germany: 6€ 

within EU: 12€

within Europe (non EU): 17€ 

Worldwide: 45€

2. Returns

Should there be any issue with the item or in case you change your mind upon receipt, you can return your item within 2 weeks. 

To do this, please send an e-mail to hello@ccy-currency.com, where you will receive a shipping label and any other necessary documents. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt of the returned goods.

If you prefer to send back the items on your own terms, please let us know via email so you can receive the shipping address. In this case please send only tracked parcels.
